Oh man, yesterday night. "Baby we are born to run!" When we finally found our seats I was bouncing off the walls. Suddenly, the lights dimmed and people started cheering and chanting "Bruuuce!" I joined in and was ready to be transformed. Several minutes later, the lights dimmed again and came on again. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street band hopped on stage. I went wild. Then, he shouted out, "Denverrr, I'm so glad to be in the Mile High city tonight!" I went crazy once again. Yes Dad, you were right. He played "Meet Me in the City" first. Springsteen's still got that awesome voice and upbeat movement. Later, the song I was waiting for started. "I got a wife and kids in Baltimore Jack, I went out for a ride and I never went back..." I sang along to every song and cheered like a maniac. The concert went on a while but, we left a bit early. I am so glad that I went and yes, it did change my life.

Dream Daze
Yesterday night I had a very interesting dream. So interesting that I still had it in my head today. Playing over and over again just like a movie. It might of been as annoying and overplayed such as this:
My dream if my mind would let me get to it was that I was sitting in a room with so many overly happy people that they started to get more creepy by the second. These dreams annoy me because sometimes I wake up in a sweaty panic hoping this isn't reality. Luckily, it isn't. I do love dreams that distract me from the worst experiences though. I have learned to be happy over the years. Which has helped, a lot.

Birdie Buzz
I open a present what's inside? A box of hair or maybe underwear, the box has a crinkle hopefully no wrinkles and a bow that's tied too, I hear some noise and people with poise but hoping I didn't just hear a moo.
The wrapping is undone now that was fun, and I peek inside the box, my brother mocks hoping it's not chicken pox.. "a bird!" I yell, "a bird!" Hopefully no one heard about the little bird with a head the size of a nerd.
I go to thank, (although it would of been perfect by a river bank), it's over but not for Rover.

Amazing Anna
Over the years, I have developed an interesting style. Not one you would see on the streets on a daily basis. One that fits my personality and mood and of course a style that's different from most people like me. I want to expand that style so that I can be who I want to be.
I am the type of kid who enjoys flannel, worded shirts and other clothing like that. Again, most people my age and gender won't wear clothing quite like I do.
Then, that ties in to my personality. My friends tell me all the time, I'm too dark, too picky in terms of games to play, too "boyish" and that I never seem to be happy. I for sure am not the happiest kid in the world, and not the most colorful stand-out person, but that's what makes me, me. I don't honestly care what others think of me, I think that I am an "Amazing Anna".
I also take a big load of time to myself. The way I cool down is by myself.
Nobody understands me. That is why I am quite misunderstood and sometimes compare myself to a lone wolf, (witch I am) hanging out by myself and doing things by myself.
But always I know I will be an: AMAZING ANNA!

Dog Dreams
Three. 3. Tres. However you want to say it, it's still three. Recently I have given up Bones. Because of course, medical and social issues we couldn't accommodate.
Those days are still in my heart. When we first found out the news, his toys and bed were still around. So, it made it seem like he was just in the next room. Then, when I got my hopes up and looked, nothing was there.
I grieve over the fact that Bones is gone. He was my "soul dog". Not knowing where he is just makes it worse. What's even worse than that is when I'm walking home from school and I see other dogs. It makes me remember something I want to forget.
After all of the terrible reasons we had to give our dogs away, we won't be getting another one for a very long time.
All I tell myself is, "It wasn't my fault".

Pounding Pneumonia
Recently, I came down with a bad case of Pneumonia. Today, you will hear my whole story on how I survived and how it all played out.
It all started with high fevers in Estes Park. Believe it or not, my fever got to the highest of 104 degrees. I remember that terrible feeling I had of headache and coughing. Then, when we arrived back home, I still wasn't feeling the greatest. Coughing and headaches continued.
My mom wanted me to sleep in her bed with her because, she was concerned about me. So, we were in bed and I believe I asked for something to drink. So, my dad went downstairs to grab me something. Then, after I drank that, I went back to bed. A few minutes later, my mom felt my forehead, said I was a bit hot and wanted my dad to check my temperature. It was around 103-104 degrees. So, my parents decided I needed to go to the ER.
My dad took me there. They checked me out, gave me medicine to help the fever, then said they were going to need to transport me to go to a different hospital to stay overnight. So, I ended up riding in an ambulance to get there. It was a very comfy ride since I got to ride in a bed. (I for sure stayed up past midnight that night).
Even though the food tasted like cafeteria food, I had a decent amount of stuff to do there. Play games on a T.V. and even play on a "Wii" and of course draw and sleep. It wasn't the most fun, but I made the most of it.
To conclude, the Pneumonia night was definitely something to never forget. Especially for me.

Mountain Memories
The mountains. A place I can be myself. A place where I can bathe in happiness. My favorite part? Well, that's not easy. Family, memories and scenery is what comes to mind. When I here the words, "We're going to the mountains!" I immediately jump up and down in my mind. But in reality, I say "Yesss!" My mind is elsewhere when my mom and dad start to talk about when we'll leave and what we will do. Although, there's one part of this specific trip that I am not incredibly happy about. We all know that nana and papa aren't staying any nights and won't be around as much this trip. But, I understand it's better for them to stay behind then to suffer. Now For particulars in terms of people who make mountain trips special.
- Nana~ Always bringing crafts and fun things to do and trying to make the trip as special as possible.
- Papa~ Always cooking up mouthwatering (traditional) jambalaya. (This time my dad's doing it! Go dad)!
- Dad~ Always making the best wood burning fire there is. As well as being the man of the music and making "our" cabin the best.
- Mom~ Always looking on the bright side of things making our cabin delightful to be in. As well as doing all the prep work. (Go mom)!
- Noah~ Bringing smiles to our faces as his rough and tumble play adds a tinge of laughter to it.
Finally, the mountains as we all know is "Da bomb!".
